We act as a neutral hosting provider. We respond to valid copyright infringement notices within 24-72 hours and permanently terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

For rights holders

If you believe content hosted on Durex.media infringes your copyright, submit the form below. We comply with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA §512), the EU Digital Services Act, and the EU Copyright Directive.

What happens after you submit

Within 24-72 hours — We review your notice and, if valid, remove the content and notify the uploader
Strike applied — The uploader receives a copyright strike (3 strikes = permanent account termination)
Counter-notice possible — The uploader may submit a counter-notice within 14 days if they believe removal was in error
Confirmation email — You receive a reference number and resolution notice by email

Repeat infringer policy

Accounts that accumulate 3 valid copyright strikes are permanently terminated, including their uploaded content and active subscriptions. Strikes do not expire.
